LEAD CONSULTANCY / PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We focus on interior fitting out work (with associated A&A / Minor Works as required) in existing and new building premises.

 

We have been acting as lead consultant leading a team of professional project consultants, either engaged by Employer or act as our sub-consultants, (such as concept designer, E&M engineer, quantity surveyor, architect, authorized person, structural engineer, local design institute, lighting consultant, acoustic consultant…etc) to complete project from project initiation to completion.
